1. General Policy

Coffee and tea are perishable; no returns for change of mind.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

Report within 14 days of delivery to xavi@45fusion.com with order details and photos if possible. We will provide a replacement or refund.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation of eligibility.
